Assignments: Posting and Access to your images

Images from your requested Assignments will initially be posted as thumbnails within 3 days after the shoot is completed by the photographer.

These images will be posted to your personal My Shoots index, which can be accessed by the following:

  1. Go to www.dukephoto.duke.edu
  2. Sign-in using your NetiD and Password (Duke Users), or your email address and password you used to register with the site (All Other users)
  3. You will be taken to your Profile page.  At the top you will see options for:

    4. “My Shoots  |  My Stock  |  My Cart  |  FAQs  |  Signout “.

  4. Click on “My Shoots”.
  5. You will be taken to your My Shoots index, an index of all the jobs currently posted to you.  Use the reference job number provided to you to identify the particular job you are looking for (ie-“012307_john_doe_thumbnails”).
  6. Click on this job, and you will be taken to the thumbnails page for all of the images for that particular job.
  7. You can view a slightly larger version of the thumbnails by clicking on the thumbnail image itself.
  8. You may download these thumbnails to your computer by clicking the [Download] button.
  9. To request a High Res file, prints, or changes, please click [Additional Services] and submit the form.
