Duke User: a Duke University or Medical center employee or affiliate. All Duke employees have a NetID and associated password. Duke Users must sign into our site using their NetID and password. Duke Users enjoy full access to our website, and are able to make Stock image purchases directly online for immediate download.
NetID info: Your NetID identifies you to systems and services provided through the Duke computing network. All faculty, staff and students have been assigned individual NetIDs.
Faculty and staff are automatically assigned NetIDs once their records are created in Duke’s HR database or once OIT receives a request on your behalf from a Duke sponsor (regularly paid Duke staff member).
If you are not sure if a NetID has been created for you, please contact the OIT Help Desk at 684-2200 or the DHTS Help Desk at 684-2243. (Your NetID is not to be confused with your UniqueID, which is a seven digit numeric identifier used for administrative record-keeping at Duke.)
All Other Users: If you are not a Duke University or Medical center employee or affiliate, you can still securely sign into our website, but you must register first.
When you register under “All Other Users”, you will use your email address and a password you created to sign into the site later. See “Sign In Procedure” for instructions.
Non-Duke users do have certain limitations – they cannot purchase Stock images directly off of our site, but your shopping cart still works and your order is placed online. Once we receive your order, you will be contacted by a Duke Photography representative.
Once image usage and a payment method is decided upon, your request will be processed and the images delivered to you.
