You must be signed-in (Duke User) or registered (Non-Duke user) to take advantage of our Litebox feature.
Once you are signed-in, or registered, to our site, you will have access to the following choices (among others) listed on the top of the site pages:
My Shoots | My Stock | My Cart…
By clicking “My Shoots”, you will be taken to your shoot index by default (This is a list of all of the Photo Assignments posted to you).
Above the My Shoots Index, you will see a link to “My Litebox”. Clicking this will take you into your assigned Litebox, if one has been created for your group and you are a subscriber to that group.
Liteboxes are a way for people in a designated “group” to collaborate on image choices for their projects. Images can be added to the group Litebox by individuals within the group from their personal My Shoots, allowing others in the group to see their proposed choices. Others may also add or delete images as needed until a consensus of choice remains in the Litebox.
To add images to the litebox you’re subscribed to, first select them by ticking the ‘Add to Litebox’ tickbox under the thumbnails in you’re My Shoots. Then click the “Add to Litebox” button to add all selected thumbnails to the Litebox.
Once the Litebox is populated, anyone subscribed to the Litebox can add, delete, download, or request Additional Services for any and all images within the Litebox.
When your project is complete (eg-you’ve ordered High Res delivered for all of your final choices represented in the Litebox) the Litebox can be cleared (select all/Delete from Litebox).
Liteboxes are created and administrated by Duke Photography staff for security reasons. If you desire to be subscribed to an existing group’s Litebox, or if the group you belong to desires a litebox and one has not yet been created, please contact Duke Photography via email: dukephoto@duke.edu
Please include the group whose Litebox you wish to join, a contact person for that group, and your contact information. Only those who have signed in, or registered, with our website and accepted the “Terms and Conditions of Use” can be added to a Litebox.
