Assignments: “My Shoots”

What is “My Shoots”?

Images created as a result of a Photo Assignment requested by you are posted for your review via your “My Shoots”. Your “My Shoots” index contains jobs securely posted only to you, or your designees, as a result of your ordering a Photo Assignment.

You must be signed-in (Duke User) or registered (Non-Duke user) to take advantage of your My Shoots and view images posted to you.

Once you are signed-in, or registered, to our site, you will have access to the following choices (among others) listed on the top of the site pages:
My Shoots  |  My Stock  |  My Cart…

By clicking “My Shoots”, you will be taken to your shoot index by default.

• Each Photo Assignment posted to you is listed by its reference number followed by a brief description.
• Clicking on your shoot name will take you to all of the thumbnail, or high res, images available for that job.
• Most Photo Assignments are initially posted to you as small thumbnail images that serve as a “proofsheet”.  While these can be downloaded by ticking the “download” box, they are very small, low res images intended primarily for review of your shoot or fpo placement.
•When you have made your final selections, you may then order High Res versions, or even prints, of an image by clicking on the “additional Services” button and filling out the order request form.
• Your “My Shoots” index also displays the date your assignment was posted to you (the process date), as well as the date your shoot will “timeout”, or become unavailable online (expiry date).
