Images from your Photo Assignments are securely posted to you in your My Shoots.
We try to post these within 3 days after your Assignment is photographed.
Most Assignments will initially be posted to you as 72ppi thumbnail images. We’ve found that this is the best size for easily reviewing or shuffling many images quickly between your My Favorites and Litebox.
When you make your final decisions, however, you may request the high resolution, 300ppi version of any particular image be posted to you via the [Additional Services] form.
All high resolution images provided to you will be toned, retouched, and converted to the file format/ICC profile/color space of your choice per your instructions.
We will generally provide up to 5 high res images posted to you for each Photo Assignment at no additional charge to the Assignment fee. Due to production constraints for toning, retouching and file conversion, requests for more than 5 high resolution images from a particular Assignment may generate additional costs.
