We offer two different search options. For a quick general search, enter your keywords into the search box on the left hand side of our Home Page and click 'Search'.
For a more specific search, click on the 'Advanced Search' button on the left hand side of the Home Page. The Advanced Search allows you to search by Keywords, Primary and Secondary Subject Categories, Image Orientation, Photographer, or some combination of these.
Once your search results appear, you may view larger previews of specific images by clicking on the thumbnail image. You may further define your selections by adding specific images to your “My Favorites” for later consideration, or to your "My Cart" for immediate purchase, by clicking on those fields beneath the image(s) of your choice.
Note: you must be Signed-in (Duke Users) or Registered (Non-Duke Users) to add images to your My Favorites or My Cart, and make purchases. You do not need to be signed-in, however, in order to simply peruse our Stock image library, but you will be asked to sign-in if you attempt to add images to favorites or the cart.
