Site Overview: Sign-In Procedure

Our site has two aspects to it: a Stock side and an Assignments side.  Stock searches and purchases are handled through your “My Stock”, while your Assignments images are accessed via your “My Shoots”.  You must be signed-in (Duke User) or registered (Non-Duke user) to take full advantage of either My Shoots or My Stock.

Signing in for “Duke Users” only (Duke Employees and Affiliates):  

  1. click on the “My Account: Sign In” link on the left hand frame of our Home page.
  2. click the “NetID Sign In” button.
  3. enter your NetID and password into the appropriate fields, click “enter”.
  4. you will be securely logged into the site and taken to your account info.
  5. you can now navigate to your My Shoots or My Stock areas.

Signing in for “All Other Users” (those not employed by or affiliated with Duke):

  1. click on the “My Account: Sign In” link on the left hand frame of our Home page.
  2. If you have not done so already, you must register with the site.
  3. First time registration: click “register” under “All Other Users”
  4. Fill out the online registration form in its entirety.
  5. Remember to read the “Terms and Conditions”, and tick the box that confirms you have done so (Yes, I have read and accept the agreement) .
  6. click “Submit”
  7. You can then use the Email Login and Password you created to sign in to the site
  8. under “All other Users”, fill in the email and password you created when you registered.
  1. click “Sign In, you will be securely logged into the site and taken to your account info.
  2. you can now navigate to your My Shoots or My Stock areas.
